ADHD is like a rough diamond waiting to be polished. Many people look for the perfection
in diamonds and since there are no perfect diamonds, they end up just looking at its flaws.
This type of perfectionistic mindset is very dominant in our world. It creates more of a focus
on the flaws ADDers experience with their daily functioning and makes them feel sub-par.
The truth is that people with ADHD are also valuable gems with a divine light who need to
be accepted with their imperfections. Rather than focusing on an ADDer’s flaws, look at their
attributes and embrace their inner diamond.

Nicely done! It is very true for all of us. Our culture has become driven towards perfection and performanced based. The truth is that the most important qualities we will ever have are those that cannot be measured by tests and evaluations; by championships and winning statistics; rather those qualities that connect us with others and those that help us realize our own unique potential.

David,
I love this video! After having been rejected in a relationship one more time (make that #57)because my ADHD flaws are too intense, I really appreciated the visuals you created in this video and the very sweet message of hope and compassion.
Thank you,
Patrice

David,
The video is totally cool! The only thing you might add is another picture towards the end of a person looking happy, possibly outdoors in the sunshine since you showed someone looking dejected on the railroad tracks.
Good luck with it.

Love your positive outlook. Agree wholeheartedly. Many ADHD kids grow up to be entrepreneurs too. GO BUSY KIDS!!! Charlotte http://www.charlottesadhdweb.blogspot.com (Charlotte’s ADHD Web - my new blog)
Hi Charlotte,
All the kids with ADHD that were not allowed to learn and do things in their own unique way will eventually seek and find their way. Many of those kids are the future entrepreneurs and inventors that are and will make a significant and positive difference in the world!!!
