Good Morning America Interview with Dr. Ned Hallowell
I highly recommend the Good Morning America Interview with Dr. Ned Hallowell.
It is a compelling, real-life segment that honestly portrays what adults with ADHD
can do to dramatically improve the quality of their lives.

What’s Your New Story for the New Year?**
What’s Your New Story for the New Year?
What’s the theme of your story going to be this year?
You are probably aware that the power of your mind can either propel or prohibit you from taking focused, forward- moving action.
You are probably aware of what positive messages can do for your brain. Yet, most of you never go to a “proactive place” because
you have established strong patterns that you actually feel comfortable living with every day. You feel safe with the story that you
have created, even though you know it does not serve you well.

Pay Attention to Your Intention (V) Gen
It is not enough to just be able to pay attention to what you are paying attention to in any
given moment.Just because some topic, activity or conversation is attracting your attention
does not always mean it represents the best use of your time and energy.

Let Yourself Dream
If you only dream while you are sleeping, you are missing half the opportunities to
create your own powerful picture of possibility. The only thing that gets in the way

ADHD and Your Inner Diamond of Light (v)*
ADHD is like a rough diamond waiting to be polished. Many people look for the perfection
in diamonds and since there are no perfect diamonds, they end up just looking at its flaws.

Learning from the Paradox of ADHD (V)
Life is a paradox of seemingly opposite situations and experiences that seem to happen
without any explanation. When events are perceived in a dark or hopeless way, we often
ask: “Why me?” “Why did this happen to me?” and “I am hopeless.”We find ourselves
drowning in our own, uncontrolled emotions. Maybe these paradoxical experiences are
here to teach us something important.
