I felt all alone with my ADHD

“You think your pain and your heartbreak are unprecedented in the history of the world, but then you read. It was books that taught me that the things that tormented me most were the very things that connected me with all the people who were alive, or who had ever been alive.” — James Baldwin

When I first found out about my ADHD I felt very ALONE and isolated. I thought I was the ONLY person in the world who was living with the mental anguish and pain associated with the INVISIBLE challenges of ADHD.  I eventually met people who were experiencing similar barriers to their own progress .It was only later in my own discovery process, I became aware that the ADHD CHALLENGES we had all faced STRENGTHENED our CONNECTIONS & bonds to each other.
